We can provide Design and Access Statements, Heritage Assessment Statements and Planning Policy Statements to support your planning applications. These statements provide in-depth information about matters such as the design ethos of the proposed scheme, the history of a site and the planning policy position illustrating how the design responds to both national and local planning policy.
