Many developments can be carried out without the need for planning approval. The restrictions on such developments are often changing as the planning system in the UK evolves. Should the client require formal confirmation, we can apply for Certificate which will confirm if the development does or does not not legally require planning. This certificate gives the client peace of mind and can provide useful confirmation when the property is sold on.
