Residential Design and Housing Layouts
A large proportion of our work in this sector involves producing feasibility layouts and planning drawings of house types for housing developments. These drawings can relate to smaller housing developments of 10 or less right though to major schemes with over 200 units.
We have also carried out detailed construction alterations on standard house type drawings for major house builders. These drawings are often required to incorporate new specifications or to accommodate changes in Building Regulations. We have been appointed to create bespoke house types for one off sites for individual clients, to gain consent for their dream home and have won appeals for residential developments.
