Broad Planning & Architecture have over 26 years experience in producing feasibility layouts, architectural design and detailing for a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects. We offer you a complete package of skills from initial feasibility studies through to detail design for construction.

We produce planning application drawings and complete the application with supporting documentation when required. We also produce site sections and streetscenes to support planning applications and sales layouts to market potential housing developments. Broad Planning & Architecture also have extensive building detailing knowledge and provide detailed design drawings for Building Regulation applications and construction. We also have a network of specialist consultants we work with who can provide additional information such as Structural and Protected Species Surveys when required.
