Planning Appeal success that raised the roof! Two planning appeals were granted for substantial extensions and alterations to this detached property. The existing first floor accommodation was set within the roof, however the proposed extensions and alterations incorporated a full first floor and raised roof. We were subsequently instructed to produce building regulation drawings and followed the build through to completion. The scheme has resulted in a complete transformation of this large family home.
