Permission granted for the change of use from Industrial Unit (B1) to Fish and Chip Shop (A5). The applicant had previously gained a refusal through another agent, however we were able to negotiate with the Planning Officers and resolve the reasons for refusal, resulting in a planning consent gained under a revised application.
