It is always important to understand any history and other constraints which may affect the future development of a site. We can provide a site appraisal service incorporating a detailed desk top review of the site history and planning constraints. As part of this initial assessment we would then carry out a site inspection would include its context. We would then prepare a report outlining the development potential of the site. This report will also advise on any known specialist advice which may be required to progress a site such as topographical, tree or ecological surveys.
